Our End of Lease Asset Collection Service provides an end-to-end, all- encompassing solution including packing, loading, logistics, and secure transportation to our end-of- life processing centres throughout the UK.

Asset collection options
Our Asset Collection Service is charged at the prevailing rate at the time of arrangement. Once the equipment for return has been agreed, we will organize the collection on your behalf. There are two options for the collection or replacement of devices:
- Single site collection, either all the equipment or a partial return of assets;
- Multi-site/individual user collections, for returning devices from homeworkers.
Please be aware of the following guidelines to ensure the collection runs smoothly:
- Minimum of 7 days’ notice required to arrange multi-site collection;
- Assets should be disconnected from power and any network points, boxed and ready for collection in an area with clear access to vehicle loading;
- Cancellation notice to be received no later than 48 hours prior to the collection date, otherwise 100% of the charges will be passed onto the client;
- Collections cancelled due to insufficient information conducive to a successful collection (requirements for specialist equipment, vehicle access, etc.) will be charged to the client;
- Collections are only available from the UK mainland.
This service is only available to lease agreements with over 100 devices
